My Favorite Fall Finds of 2020
FALL season is my favorite! The leaves turn, rain comes back, dark mornings arrive and lots of pumpkin flavor! It is a wonderful time of year. Because I love it so much I wanted to share with you my Petra de Luna FALL MUST HAVES.... Just click the linked word (underlined) in our post to find some awesome creators & killer deals!
Let's start with the yummy, Autumn inspired cheese board. Having a holiday get together? Cheese boards are a great way to cut down cooking and create an entertainment space. I love this one because it has sweets and other fun, non-traditional appetizer ideas. Worried about how to style a cheese board? Well, don't be. Check out some awesome Pinterest inspo or Instagram accounts to show you step by step ways to create a gorgeous, photo worthy cheese board.
Did I mention sweater season? Well, this super cozy-soft sweater is from Free People. I know what you're thinking; it's gonna be expensive. WRONG! Check out the killer price offered at Nordstrom Rack. I love this sweater so much I have 3 of them...only because they ran out of stock in the other colors. This time of year requires warm, cozy sweaters. There's just no other way to Fall.
Autumn is the time of year when temperatures drop, and football season is on! This means it's officially time to get ready for colder days. Cozying up under the warmth of an Autumn inspired blanket is Earth's version of Heaven. We are most certainly biased when it comes to which blanket to choose. Our Fall Must Have blanket of the season is our very own Petra de Luna Pelenque Tribal Blanket. Our most popular design comes in all kinds of Fall colors: beige (seen here) golden, rust and dark brown. A blanket is a great way to add warm, Fall-inspired color to your space.
I feel like this next product need no introduction because well...coffee is life, right?! Meet Coco Chispa. Honestly, I will never buy another mug from anywhere else, and I promise you won't either. This brilliant and uber talented artist creates the most gorgeous pieces of mug I have ever had the pleasure of drinking from. I currently have 4 of her designs. Yes, they were meant to be gifts yet they never made it out of my kitchen. I will be buying more as gifts (at least that's the plan) and obviously for myself as my mug obsession grows. Coco also creates bowls, canteens and travel mugs. But be forewarned...she is the only ceramist and therefore has limited stock. She has specific dates when her products go live and they do not last long. Be on the lookout and add her to your Instagram notifications!
Fall is also the time when leaves fall from the trees and flowers go into hiding. Well...kind of. Meet Rachael, my wonderful gal pal from Shop Three Sparrows. Her gorgeous dried floral displays are to die for! Rachael's designs are tailored to warm, earthy, Boheme vibes. The best part? These florals are dried and last for months! Rachael creates arrangements for events and often sells out on her Etsy shop. Follow her on Instagram for her latest updates & local pop up dates.
Last but definitely not least is this crazy, awesome candle company I found based out of Denver. North 29 Candle Co. Their scents really are incredible, but honestly the reason I love them so much is because of their sleek, modern design. They are so on point with the look of their candles I honestly don't care if it smells good. (That's actually not true but you get my point.) Check them out for an awesome gift, obviously one for yourself and another to create a fall inspired centerpiece for family gatherings.
We hope you check out some of these awesome pieces and wonderful businesses. Don't forget to take some time to spoil yourself. 2020 has been a rough one. Let's not forget to be kind..not only to others, but also to ourselves.
